How are the lessons going?
- registration for a lesson
- meeting in the studio in your favorite uniform and sneakers
- the coach will ask about your wishes and health features
- the workout begins by thoroughly warming up the body (cardio or aktiv active warm-up)
- the main part of the lesson takes place doing fitness exercises under the supervision of the trainer and with his individual approach to you
- the workout ends with relaxation and rest

A comfortable form,sneakers for training, small towel and your positive attitude.
Mats, pads, yoga blocks and straps, water - everything is waiting for you in the studio.

Classes are taught by professional fitness trainer, certified fitness trainers and nutritionist.
